Would you like to develop in your role as a community leader or voluntary sector representative in Kensington and Chelsea?
This training will be delivered in two parts, morning and afternoon. You can specify on the registration page whether you would like to book for just one session or both.
9.45am – 12.45pm Community Leadership
- Understand different approaches to leadership
- Look at what different leadership roles exist
- Assess how your organisation fulfills different leadership functions
1.30pm – 3.30pm Representation
- Roles and responsibilities of a voluntary sector representative
- The challenges of being a representative and tips to overcome them
- Developing your skills for influence
